  • Where do you ship Hairbe products?
  • We currently ship our products all over Europe, Great Britain and many other countries. You can check our shipping page to see if we deliver to you. Mark us @ to let us know where you live or write to us in a private message.


  • How can I pay with you?
  • The payment methods currently available in the online store are cash on delivery or VISA, VISA Electron, MasterCard, MasterCard Electronic and Maestro payment cards. In the event of a need to return funds for an order placed by the Customer with a batch of Cosmetic Solutions, the refund will be made to the bank account assigned to the Customer's card.


  • How long will I wait for the product?
  • We fulfill orders on an ongoing basis. If you place an order by 1 p.m., we will send it on the same day and it will be with you for the next one (if it is not extended due to the fault of the carrier). The maximum shipping time is 48 hours.

  • What if I know I won't be home?
  • We recommend then choosing the PACZKOMAT option and picking it up at any time. If yours has suddenly changed, it is worth contacting the courier and arranging a date convenient for you or the possibility of leaving the package at the pickup point.

    If for any reason you believe your product is not working as it should, please send an email to with proof of the defect. Exchange or refund will be processed immediately.   • Can I use HAIRBE products on colored hair?
  • It is very important to always apply a thermo-protective cosmetic to your hair before styling. On freshly colored hair, heat can change or alter the shade of color. It is very important to test the heat on a small section of hair before using HAIRBE on the entire head. We also recommend starting with the lowest temperature setting.

  • Does the wave iron suit all hair types?
  • HAIRBE Hair products are suitable for hair of any thickness, but they are not suitable for very curly hair. We recommend drying your hair or brushing it before styling. The hair should be at ear height to use our wave makers.
